Jamie Carragher confirms Celtic allegiance as he switches BACK from Rangers
Jamie Carragher has admitted he has switched his allegiance back to Celtic AGAIN.
The Liverpool legend has previously said the Hoops were always his Scottish team until former teammate and pal Steven Gerrard took over at Rangers, at which point he threw his backing behind the Ibrox side. However, he did insist that he would go back to being a Celts man again when Gerrard moved on.
And it would appear he stayed true to his word. Carragher and Micah Richards were on punditry duty last night for American network CBS Sports as the covered Champions League football. And as brief mention was made of upcoming coverage, there was brief mention of Scottish football.

Richards asked "Celtic or Rangers", which Carragher responded. "I'm Celtic."
Back in 2020, the former England centre half was asked the same question on an Instagram Q&A, and replied: "Right now it's Rangers because of Steven Gerrard but as soon as Steven leaves it'll be Celtic."
