Jazz center Jeff Withey accused of domestic violence by Playmate ex-fiancee

Former fiancee Kennedy Summers has filed a police report against Withey.

Jazz center Jeff Withey has been accused of domestic violence, according to a police report filed by his former fiancee, Playboy Playmate of the Year Kennedy Summers.

According to TMZ, the report was filed Tuesday in Manhattan Beach, Calif., and lists multiple alleged incidents, including one last year in which police were called.

The couple split after being engaged for two months.

Summers, 30, grew “concerned for her safety” after learning the Jazz and Clippers were meeting in the playoffs and Withey would be in her vicinity, the report says.

"Given the ongoing circumstances, our client now needs to protect herself and come forward about everything so this doesn't happen to her or others in the future," Summers' representative, Zack Teperman, told TMZ.

Utah's backup center with Rudy Gobert injured, Withey, 27, played in 51 games this season for the Jazz, averaging 2.9 points and 2.4 rebounds.

Earlier this season, the NBA suspended Kings guard Darren Collison for the first eight games after he pleaded guilty to a domestic battery charge involving his wife.
