Jimmy Thelin rues Aberdeen errors in Rangers defeat as Dons stuck in 'challenging' run
Aberdeen manager Jimmy Thelin wants to see his side cut out the errors made in their 3-0 defeat to Rangers as the winless run was extended once again.
It's now 12 games without a victory for the Dons, who visit Elgin City in the Scottish Cup on Saturday looking to finally turn their fortunes around.
Philippe Clement's men were largely frustrated in front of goal by the outstanding Ross Doohan following Hamza Igamane's opener, but injury-time goals from Leon Balogun and Cyriel Dessers ensured the points stayed in Glasgow.

And Thelin was quick to call out the errors made by his team on Wednesday night and insisted they need to find their rhythm and improve their performances quickly if they are to stop the dreadful run.
Dundee United remain third after the Reds missed the chance to leapfrog Jim Goodwin's men with victory, and Motherwell and Hibs are closing in on Thelin's men in fourth.

He told BBC Scotland: "You don't want errors like that, but they happen. We have things to work on.
"Like how we play with the ball, we have to be more composed and find better rhythm in games. We had too many transitions against us, and they are good in transitions.
"The fans' expectations are higher. We are in a challenging time right now, a mix of everything, we are in a bad run, some injuries and new players.

"We have a cup game and one week to the next league game. We need to find the rhythm and stabilise as a team.
"Sometimes when you don't have the rhythm with the ball, the players run and fight for each other. They still tried with everything they had, but it costs a lot of energy when you give away the ball too many times.
"The performances have to be better to deserve the points."
