Jimmy Thelin tells Aberdeen players to fix mistakes as Dons floored by Hibs late show
Jimmy Thelin has told his Aberdeen players they must learn from their mistakes after a bonkers clash with Hibs ended 3-3 at Easter Road, with three goals scored in injury-time.
Jamie McGrath and Nicky Devlin put the Dons 2-1 up with four minutes to go in Leith before a superb Nicky Cadden free-kick pulled the hosts level.
Ester Sokler then stunned the Hibs faithful with an overhead scissor kick in the 95th minute, but Rocky Bushiri's first goal for the the Edinburgh outfit snatched victory away from Thelin's Reds in agonising fashion.

There were plenty of positives for Thelin to take from the game, including the input of Shayden Morris who sparked panic among the Hibs defence after coming off the bench in the second-half.
A composed performance late on from youngster Jack Milne, and Leighton Clarkson's input after replacing Kevin Nisbet at half-time also pleased the Swede.
But the loss of a goal in the dying seconds after fighting to go back in front hurt the Dons boss, who has urged his side to learn their lessons for their second trip to Edinburgh this week - a clash with Hearts on Sunday afternoon.
Speaking after the game, Thelin told the club website: "It was an emotional game tonight. After the first half, we came back into the game and we fight back and did some really good individual things and as a collective.

"The substitutes helped us, Leighton made some good touches, Shayden adding his quality one against one, Ester’s finishing, Jack came on and took responsibility.
"After their late equaliser, there’s so much emotion when we scored again in the 95th minute that you can lose a little bit of concentration. It was an amazing goal and you celebrate and the game should be over, but we make a collective mistake.
"We know what they’re going to do, but we were too spread out, so they pick up the second ball. That’s football. It happens all over the world, these strange games, but of course we have to learn from this and mature as a team. The game is not over until it’s over. Hibernian take the opportunity and get one point."
Thelin admitted the mood was not one of joy in the dressing room at full-time, having gone from raucous celebrations with the Red Army to hitting the Easter Road turf within minutes.
But the Reds gaffer insists there are plenty of positives to take from their thrilling draw as he praised his team's spirit after they fought their way back into the game having gone behind at half-time for the second game running.

Thelin added: "The first reaction, of course, everybody was disappointed inside the dressing room, but that game is a learning point also, how you mature as a team, because we know we need to be compact, we know they’re just going to kick it forward, that we have to be close to each other, but we weren’t and there was space all over the place. Then they find this way to score.
"But also we have to think of the positive things, like how we come back to the game, how we scored three goals away, and how the team spirit was after being 1-0 down at half-time but we keep pushing and try to win the game.
"It was quite an open game today, both teams did mistakes, there was big chances for both teams, but still the spirit is there, the players are trying and they want so much to give everything for the support that was here. We have a lot of good things to focus on as well as the disappointment."
