John Bishop has unveiled the dates for his upcoming ‘Right Here Right Now’ tour as tickets are now available for fans to snap up.

The funnyman is set to take to the stage for almost 100 dates around the UK and Ireland in the latest tour.

Presale tickets can be purchased ahead of the general sale which kicks off at 10am on Friday 18th September.

Sharing the news to Twitter, he wrote: "I can’t wait to get back out there again and seeing you all again soon."

The tour is a follow up to his sell-out 150 date ‘Winging It’ show from 2017.

‘Right Here Right Now’ kicks off in Peterborough on 21 September next year as Bishop embarks on dates across the UK and Ireland with a final performance at London's 02 arena on 8 April 2022.

He said: "After the last six months we’ve all endured, it feels like a lifetime since I last performed in front of a live audience.

"There’s nothing like stand-up comedy to put a smile back on your face, so I can’t wait to get back out on the road."

The comedian was forced to postpone 'work in progress' shows for this autumn to early 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic, with tickets for the rescheduled dates also being made available.

He said in a statement earlier this year: "I am sorry to say that we have made the decision to move the dates that I had booked for autumn 2020 into 2021.

"I am massively disappointed that due to the current ongoing situation has forced us to postpone these sold out shows but for the health and safety of everyone attending and working at the theatres and to ensure that the dates have the best chance of being fulfilled it makes sense to move them. I look forward to seeing everyone next year."
