John Lineker vs. Rob Font Added to UFC 198 Fight Card in Brazil
A bantamweight bout between twelfth-ranked John Lineker and Rob Font has been added to the UFC 198: Werdum vs. Miocic fight card. UFC officials announced the addition on Wednesday.
Lineker (26-7) returned to the bantamweight division in his last outing after struggling to make weight as a flyweight since 2012. He looked impressive in his return to the 135-pound weight class with a first-round submission win over Francisco Rivera.
Font (12-1) made his promotional debut in 2014 riding a nine-fight winning streak. He knocked out George Roop and Joey Gomez in his two octagon appearances and hopes to continue his unbeaten streak when he faces Lineker in Curitiba, Brazil, on May 14.

UFC 198: Werdum vs. Miocic features a heavyweight title fight between champion Fabricio Werdum and second-ranked contender Stipe Miocic in the main event. The event will be the first that the promotion has hosted in Curitiba.
