John Lundstram ribbed as Ireland star makes 'for a Rangers man' joke at exit farewell

John Lundstram has been trolled by former teammate Enda Stevens in his Rangers farewell.

The now former Ibrox midfielder penned a lengthy and heartfelt goodbye to the club following three years in Glasgow. He bid bon voyage officially last week when Gers confirmed he'd been allowed to leave upon the expiry of his contract but it took a few days before he broke his silence on social media.

After an emotional message to supporters, offering his wishes of support and love for club, the former Sheffield United man explained how he'd always be a fan and would come back when he could.

And that's when his former Blades teammate and Republic of Ireland defender Enda Stevens dropped in to jokingly troll the 30-year-old with his own message of support.

He took to Instagram to respond: "For a Rangers man your(sic) a class act".

Lundstram is now likely to move to Trabzonspor in Turkey alongside fellow Gers pal Borna Barisic who was also released last week.
