The fast-approaching season two finale will feature a cameo from Kim Cattrall as she returns as Samantha Jones for a special scene.
Speaking about her cameo in June, Cattrall said: "It's very interesting to get a call from the head of HBO saying, 'What can we do?' And I went, 'Hmmm… let me get creative'."
Cattrall added that one of her conditions was for Sex and the City's designer Patricia Field to return to the show to dress her specially for the scene.
"I just thought, if I'm going to come back, I got to come back with that kind of Samantha style," she explained. "I got to push it. And we did."
It's also been reported that Cattrall's conditions included filming her scene without any direct contact with co-star Sarah Jessica Parker (who plays Carrie Bradshaw) or series producer Michael Patrick King.
Discussing Cattrall's return, And Just Like That… star Evan Handler (who plays Charlotte's husband Harry Goldenblatt) revealed that Kim's scene was "shot in the garage somewhere". He also confirmed she had no contact with anyone on the show.
"The only place I have to welcome her is into my living room when it airs on television," Handler added.
And Just Like That, the sequel to Sex and the City, airs on Max in the US and Sky Comedy and NOW in the UK.
