Kano Pillars will make adjustments, says Kabiru Balerie

The Masu Gida's men fell to the Savannah Scorpions on Sunday and the goalkeeper blamed the defeat on their poor showing upfront

Kano Pillars interim coach Kabiru Balerie has disclosed that his side will ensure the necessary adjustments are made before the commencement of the second round.

Despite the Kano based outfit's dismal showing that saw them loss 1-0 against Enugu Rangers - their fifth defeat in six outings, the coach feels nothing is lost yet, assuring the squad will be b to improve their fortune in the second phase of the season.

"There are some areas we are hoping to make some adjustment before the second round," Balarie told Goal.

"In the attack especially, we are going to do everything possible to get good strikers to beef up the team.

"For us, the second round will be just the beginning for us. We will also look at other areas in the team that requires necessary adjustment too.

"I'm confident we will come out strongly in the second round after we have finished reshaping the team."
