Kate Garraway looked radiant as she shared an inspirational message with fans to mark Garden Day on 9 May.

Taking to Instagram sporting a flower crown, the star shared an inspiring message with fans. "My garden is definitely my happy place & even though it’s not big or fancy I love being out there even if the weather isn’t perfect, because just being outside listening to the rain fall and the wind blow through the leaves is like therapy for me," she revealed.

Kate relaxed on a garden chair and her garden looks just stunning, sporting red and purple tulips.

She also shared that she hopes to spend some time in the garden with her husband, Derek Draper, who is still recovering from catching COVID-19 last year. "I can’t wait for Derek to get stronger so can get him outside too as know it’ll be good for him," she said. "Admittedly he may not want to wear a gorgeous blossom crown like me!"

Kate has recently released a book about her husband's fight with coronavirus, titled: The Power of Hope. Fans have been praising her bravery for speaking out about the illness and the effects it has had on her family.

We hope that Kate and Derek can enjoy some relaxing time in the garden together very soon.
