Tottenham are aiming to seal their place in the Europa League knockout stages when they travel to Austria to take on LASK Linz tonight.

Spurs are currently second in Group J having won three and lost one of their opening four matches and can secure a place in the last 32 with one victory in their remaining two games.

Jose Mourinho’s side drew 0-0 with Chelsea on Sunday to take them back to the top of the Premier League but were considered on the back foot for large parts of the match.

The Lilywhites beat LASK 3-0 in their last clash in October, with Andres Andrade’s own goal propelling Spurs to a routine win.

Here is everything you need to know.

When is the match?

The game kicks off at 5.55pm on Thursday 3 December.

Where can I watch it?

The match will be shown live on BT Sport 2. Subscribers can also stream the match via the BT Sport website or app.

What is the team news?

Tottenham have confirmed that Toby Alderweireld is out with the groin injury he sustained against Manchester City, giving Japhet Tanganga a timely chance to return.

Irish International Matt Doherty returns to play having fully recovered from coronavirus.

LASK may sit out midfielder James Holland, with the Australian returning for a full 90 minutes at the weekend following his suspension.

But Gernot Trauner received a straight red card in last week’s loss to Antwerp and so will not be available to play Spurs.

Andrade is likely to fill Trauner’s spot in LASK’s three-man defence, while Peter Filipovic will miss out after suffering a hip injury at the weekend.
