Latest Rangers transfer news as interest remains in two men and asking price 'named'

With the transfer window getting closer to its conclusion, the focus for Rangers is very much on outgoings at the moment.

There are two weeks until the market closes and Gers fans would really like to see their XI and squad improved for the season ahead. But before they do that, they must to ship a few out after manager Philippe Clement reiterated that need with further comments to the press.

Cyriel Dessers has still been starting games for Rangers but still isn't convincing fans and his future isn't certain. There have been plenty of clubs interested and Cagliari are the latest to be mentioned with the Serie A side apparently poised to accelerate an attempt to sign the striker.
