Right now more women are becoming entrepreneurs than ever before.

The Government-commissioned 2022 Rose Review found the growth of female-led businesses is outstripping that of male-led companies for the first time, while women-led start-ups are set to add £250 billion to the UK economy in the next few years – and you can be part of that trend.

Our panel discussion "How To Start Your Own Business", which is part of GH LIVE in partnership with Dyson, a three-day festival of events in London, is to help anyone who wants to be their own boss.

Successful entrepreneurs Harriet Hastings, founder of Biscuiteers, Steph Douglas, founder of Don’t Buy Her Flowers, and Emma Jones CBE, founder of small business support platform Enterprise Nation, will be revealing how they have done it – as well as sharing their advice and answering all your questions.

The talk will be lead by Good Housekeeping's Features director Jackie Brown who will be asking our panellists to share their insight on everything from how to write a business plan to testing if your idea will work and marketing your product.

Whether you’ve got an idea for a business or you are already starting out and need a bit of direction, our panel of successful women will help you get started.

The event will take place on 25 June, in the elegant setting of Carlton House Terrace, beautifully scented by Zoflora, in the heart of London.

Tickets are limited and cost £60. This includes the talk, two drinks tokens as well as a special 100th anniversary goody bag to take home. Book early to make sure you are part of the celebration.
