Lautaro Martinez has committed his future to Inter Milan amid talk of a move to Chelsea in the summer transfer window.

The Blues were linked with Martinez after his fine season at the Giuseppe Meazza, scoring 25 goals in 49 matches before opening the scoring in Argentina’s Finalissima victory over Italy.

Italian media reports suggested Inter would be willing to accept a bid as low as £59million. However, speaking at Wembley, the striker insisted he has no intention of leaving Inter.

“My plan is clear,” he told reporters on Wednesday night. “I really want to stay at Inter next season.

“I’ve not received communications from the club as of today, I want to continue at Inter next season.”

Inter have already lost Ivan Perisic to Tottenham on a free transfer and also face interest from old coach Antonio Conte in defender Alessandro Bastoni.

But the Nerazzurri are on the verge of securing Juventus striker Paulo Dybala once his contract expires, with Alexis Sanchez tipped to leave the club.
