De Ligt, Mount, Shaw - Man United injury news and return dates ahead of Newcastle clash
Manchester United will be determined to return to winning ways when they face Newcastle next week.
United will host the Magpies at Old Trafford in the Premier League as they take to the pitch for the final time in 2024. Ruben Amorim and Co. go into the fixture on the back of three consecutive defeats in all competitions, including two in the top flight at the hands of Bournemouth and Wolves.
The January transfer window may be fast approaching, but Amorim will be keen to get United back to securing three points once again, starting with the clash against Newcastle. A few days later, the Reds will then travel to face bitter rivals Liverpool in their first match of 2025.
Here, the Manchester Evening News take a look at United's current injury list and absences going into the Premier League clash against Newcastle.
