Captain Silva left the field midway through the first half of the 1-0 win after sustaining a facial injury in a mid-air clash with Lorient forward Vincent Aboubakar.
However, PSG said that examinations revealed that the injury was not serious.
"Examinations on Thiago Silva performed so far have revealed a fractured of the left zygomatic bone," read a club statement.
"His condition did not require surgery. Downtime will depend on the evolution of pain in the coming days.
"His participation in the quarter-finals of the Champions League should not be compromised."
PSG take on Chelsea in the last eight of the Champions League with the first-leg on April 2 in Paris with the return leg in London six days later.
