Liverpool confirms Champions League squad vs AC Milan as Arne Slot makes Federico Chiesa decision
Liverpool's 23-man squad to face AC Milan in the Champions League has been confirmed, with forward Federico Chiesa among the travelling group of players.
Chiesa is yet to make his debut for Liverpool but has a good record at the San Siro from his time in Serie A and could make his bow on Tuesday night.
Alexis Mac Allister was taken off after an hour of Liverpool's loss to Nottingham Forest on Saturday having also been carefully managed by Argentina manager Lionel Scaloni managed during the international break, but he has been included in the squad.

Liverpool fans will love what happened after Slot lost his first match in charge of Feyenoord
Arne Slot could be tempted to rotate his team in Milan after Saturday's flat performance, and Chiesa will hope to be a beneficiary if that is the case.
However, given Chiesa hasn't featured in a competitive game since Italy's loss to Switzerland at Euro 2024, it seems more likely that his Liverpool debut might come off the bench.
The only first-team player not available to Slot for the trip to Italy is Harvey Elliott. Elliott sustained a fractured foot during the recent international break and is set to be sidelined until after the October international break.
Liverpool's last trip to Milan saw them win 2-1 during the 2021-22 group stage courtesy of goals from Salah and Divock Origi.
