The penultimate match of the Premier League season for both these teams sees Chelsea travel to Liverpool.

Although the hosts have already won the title, they do have something to play for on the day as they’ll want a win ahead of lifting the trophy itself, with the ceremony taking place at full-time.

Chelsea simply need to keep clocking up the points to be successful in their bid to secure Champions League football.

They lead the way ahead of Leicester and Manchester United, but there’s little margin for error and a win here would guarantee them a top-four finish.
