Liverpool's reported summer target Leny Yoro has fueled transfer speculation by attending the Champions League final at Wembley. Yoro has emerged as one of the best young prospects in Europe after a fine season with Lille.

The 18-year-old made 44 appearances in all competitions for Lille, who are ready to sell him this summer. Yoro has just one year remaining on his contract with the French side and boss Paulo Fonseca has tipped him to seal a big-money move.

"I believe Leny in the next year will be at one of the best clubs in Europe," he told BBC Sport last month. "I have no doubt in modern football he will be one of the best central defenders in the world."

According to the Daily Mail, Yoro is 'aware' of interest from Liverpool while Paris Saint-Germain is also keeping tabs on the situation in an attempt to keep him in France. But Real Madrid reportedly remains his No.1 destination.

It had been claimed that the La Liga champions could make an offer after the Champions League final but it appears transfer plans may already be in place. Yoro took to Instagram on Saturday night from inside Wembley as he watched Real win the competition for a 15th time.

Dani Carvajal opened the scoring for Carlo Ancelotti's side against Borussia Dortmund. Vinicius Jr secured another famous victory as he finished after being set up by Jude Bellingham.

Lille reportedly values Yoro at around $64m (£50m/€59m) but knows it risks losing him for nothing in a year's time, if it does not sell now or tie him down to a new deal. And that could give interested parties the opportunity to sign him for cheaper, with Real thought to be eyeing a $38m (£30m/€35m) fee.

Liverpool is likely to seek a defensive reinforcement this summer with Joel Matip leaving on a free transfer. Arne Slot still has four central options at his disposal but reportedly wants a versatile left-sided option. says: There was always going to be lots of competition for Yoro and it appears Real is in pole position right now. He is a very talented player but at 18, there are doubts over whether he is ready for the physicality of the Premier League. Liverpool needs someone to come in and be ready from the off.
