Location and Venue Official for UFC 191 Pay-Per-View
When the Ultimate Fighting Championship revealed its 2015 schedule of events late last year, we found out that UFC 191 would take place on Sept. 5. On Wednesday, the location and venue were announced during this week’s edition of UFC Tonight.
The UFC 191 pay-per-view event will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
While no bouts have been announced, UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson indicated that he’d like to defend his title for the seventh time on the fight card against whomever the organization decides.

If the 125-pound titleholder had his way, he’d compete in the co-main event with middleweight champion Chris Weidman defending his title against top contender Luke Rockhold headlining.
Time will tell if UFC matchmakers like Johnson’s plans for the Sept. 5 event.
