Lucas Moura says there is a “90%” chance he will stay at Tottenham this summer.

Spurs have already strengthened their attack by signing Ivan Perisic on a free transfer this summer, with the Croatain able to operate as a wide forward, as well as a wing-back.

The club continue to be linked with a move for Inter Milan’s Lautrao Martinez as Antonio Conte bids to bring in more attacking options, while Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus remains a target.

Moura had already been limited to a substitute role following the January arrival of Dejan Kulusevksi, too. The Brazilian started only five Premier League games following the Sweden international’s signing and any more arrivals would surely limit him further.

Reports in Brazil have linked the 29-year-old with a return to Sao Paulo, the club Moura began his career at before moving to Paris Saint-Germain in 2013.

The player, however, stressed he was “happy” in north London and claimed he “probably stay there” when speaking to Brazilian outlet Globo Esporte.

“We never know what might happen, the window will open,” he said.

“But I’ll probably stay there. I have one more year and the club’s option to extend it. With the qualification for the Champions League, I want to play in the Champions League again, then we’ll see what happens.

“In this window there’s a 90% chance I’ll stay there. I’m happy. I was always very happy at Tottenham. Life in England is fantastic, my family and children are used to it. Coming back to the Champions League makes it even easier to continue.”
