France shot-stopper Lloris is widely regarded as one of Europe’s top keepers, while Lopez has scored 47 Ligue 1 goals in three seasons since joining from Porto.
But with Les Gones set to miss out on the Champions League for the first time since 2000, the pair are top of the list to leave - something Aulas insists will not happen.
"It is logical that Lisandro will stay because he has told me so," Aulas said. "He wishes to stay at Lyon. We spoke about this during the season.
"He told me ‘my heart and my career is at Lyon and I will do what you wish’.
"And Hugo extended his contract at the start of the season, when Remi Garde took charge. He refused to extend the previous season as he was waiting for the coach to be in place first.
"We have done everything to help him feel happy here. He has had an exceptional season, particularly at the end, and he is one of the players that we want to keep along with Lisandro.
"There are other players we will keep - particularly youngsters with potential - but these two are unsellable for Lyon’s long-term project."
Coupe de France winners Lyon will finish fourth this season, but will only play Europa League football next campaign.
