Malik Tillman on Man Utd transfer 'radar' as ex Celtic boss also joins battle for former Rangers man
It wasn't long ago the Rangers faithful were dreaming of landing Malik Tillman on a permanent deal.
But now that appears a distant memory as the former Bayern Munich man continues to impress with Dutch giants PSV and so much so, a host of English top sides including Manchester United are interested in snapping him up, according to a report. It's not only the Old Trafford giants but also former Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou and his Tottenham side and rivals Aston Villa who have all been named in a report.
Sky Germany state that his strong development in the Netherlands has caught the eye of bigger clubs. He was the hero midweek in the Champions League as his double helped sparked an incredible comeback in the final minutes that brought his club from two goals down to win the match 3-2 - much to the delight of the home support in an incredible turnaround.

Back in the summer of 2022, Tillman arrived at Rangers on loan under Giovanni van Bronckhorst with a buy option in the deal.
He wasn't a well known name at this stage but his campaign in Glasgow was an impressive one and a deal fans wanted to get over the line. However, Bayern scrapped the exclusive option to buy amid interest in the USA cap and compensated the Ibrox club with a reported seven figure fee.
He would eventually move to Eindhoven on loan with the Dutch side making the move permanent on a four-year deal that runs until 2028. That puts his current employers in a real position of strength around the negotiation table with 'interest from larger clubs'. The same publication state his goal is to play in England's top flight and a winter transfer is unlikely.
Bayern Munich are reported to hold a buy-back option in the move that took him out of the German giants and a matching right. But they are NOT planning to bring Tillman back to the Allianz Arena which would pave the way for a move to England.
