Manchester City have confirmed their travelling squad for Saturday's Champions League Final against Chelsea in Porto.

Pep Guardiola’s 24-man squad left the Man City Football Academy on Thursday afternoon by coach, with children waving flags to wish the players good luck en route to Portugal.

While Guardiola has the likes of Sergio Aguero, Gabriel Jesus and Raheem Sterling to call on for the showpiece event, the Catalan coach is likely to favour a fluid formation without a recognised centre-forward given Man City's success with it this season.

As for Chelsea, Thomas Tuchel has taken 25 players to Portugal, with N’Golo Kante and Edouard Mendy likely to be passed fit to play.
