Man City handed significant injury boost in title race against Arsenal and Liverpool
Arsenal 's title rivals Manchester City have been handed a significant injury boost ahead of their Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday evening.
The Gunners, along with City and Liverpool, are battling it out for the league title once again this season. Pep Guardiola 's side have won the last four Premier League trophies, but are currently five points behind Arne Slot's Liverpool after 11 games, while Arsenal are nine points adrift.
Like Arsenal, the Manchester club have also been managing a number of injury concerns in recent weeks with another intense run of games on the horizon. Ballon d'Or winner Rodri is the biggest miss for the champions after he sustained an ACL injury in September.

Oscar Bobb, Ruben Dias and Jeremy Doku are also out with injuries, while Kevin De Bruyne, John Stones, Jack Grealish and Manuel Akanji have been in and out of the team. In particular, De Bruyne hasn't started a game for City since their 0-0 draw against Inter Milan in the Champions League back in September.
The midfielder wasn't involved in Belgium's Nations League matches against Italy and Israel over the international break, but he was pictured back in training alongside Stones, Grealish and Akanji ahead of their league clash with Tottenham.
Arsenal, on the other hand, return with a must-win match against Nottingham Forest on Saturday. They will then travel away to face Sporting CP in the Champions League as Mikel Arteta's side look to regain ground in the race for silverware.
