Manchester City host an in-form Chelsea side as both clubs desperately look to make up ground on Premier League leaders Liverpool.

After drawing 1-1 in the Champions League with Atalanta, Pep Guardiola’s side were comprehensively defeated by Liverpool at Anfield, allowing the Reds to move eight points clear at the top of the table.

Chelsea have won their last six league matches, seeing Frank Lampard’s side soar into third and should be boosted by Christian Pulisic’s return from a hip injury.

Liverpool face Crystal Palace earlier in the day meaning the gap between first and third could be as much as 11 points by kick-off.
