Manchester City have one foot in the Champions League knockout stages ahead of tonight's clash against Young Boys.

Pep Guardiola’s side ran out 3-1 winners in Switzerland last month and one more point would send them into the knockout stages once more.

City are in rampant form once again. They strolled to a 6-1 win over Bournemouth on Saturday even despite Erling Haaland’s injury and are heavy favourites to claim another victory.

Here’s everything you need to know.

Date, kick-off time and venue

Man City vs Young Boys is scheduled for an 8pm GMT kick-off time on Tuesday 7 November, 2023.

The Etihad Stadium in Manchester will host.

Man City vs Young Boys team news

Haaland is a concern for City after he came off at half-time on Saturday. Given how close City are to qualifying, it seems unlikely he will be risked even if there is a chance he can start. Sergio Gomez and Kevin De Bruyne are the other absentees.

As a result, Julian Alvarez could start up front flanked by Phil Foden and Jack Grealish.

For the away side, Lukasz Lakomy could miss out due to a foot injury. Meschak Elia should play despite a recent injury.

Man City vs Young Boys prediction

City are full of goals even without Haaland and it’s hard to see a way in which the Swiss side spring what would be a huge surprise.

Man City to win 3-0.
