'This man is going to be a machine' - Unseen Auston Trusty moment gets Celtic fans all saying the same thing
It was the perfect day out Hampden for Brendan Rodgers and his troops as they treated the Celtic support to six of the best.
The Hoops faithful were in party mode all evening in the south side as they hammered Aberdeen 6-0 to book a spot in the Premier Sports Cup Final against either Motherwell or Rangers. There had been a lot of talk in the build-up with Jimmy Thelin's men matching the champions stride for stride so far in the Premiership and showing powers of recovery to respond from going two goals down at Parkhead just a couple of weeks ago to earn a share of the spoils.
But this one was never in doubt with Celtic dominating the occasion from the off at the national stadium. Daizen Maeda grabbed the headlines and the match ball with his hat-trick with Cameron Carter-Vickers' headed opener and goals from Kyogo Furuhashi and Nicolas Kuhn completing the rout under the lights in Mount Florida.

But fans have picked up on an unseen moment between Trusty and Kyogo after he put Celtic two goals up that they've been raving about. As he celebrates with his team-mates, the USA international - signed this summer for £6million - comes into shot and can be seen telling his colleague to keep concentrating before appearing to tell him let's go in the search of three, four and five.
The footage, as part of Celtic TV's unique angle viewing of the best bits, has been shared by one punter on X who wrote: "Trusty telling Kyogo to keep the head and go again after he scored the second today This attitude is what we love to see."
A fellow fan responded: "In Auston we trust." and another wrote online: "Big Trusty with Kyogo after the second goal. This man is going to be a machine for us. What an asset Auston Trusty is."
Meanwhile, one supporter clocked the moment on Celtic's official YouTube channel and wrote in the comments: "Love that from Trusty to Kyogo. 2,3,4,5 let's smash this lot!"
