Manchester City players taunted neighbours United as they celebrated victory over Tottenham on Saturday.

City moved 14 points clear of closest rivals United with a convincing 4-1 victory over Spurs at Etihad Stadium. It was also City's 16th Premier League win on the spin as they extended the record they broke against Swansea for consecutive victories.

And Pep Guardiola's players were in buoyant mood as they partied in the dressing room after the brushing Tottenham aside.

A video uploaded to Instagram by a friend of defender Benjamin Mendy showed the squad mocking United with a chorus of: "Park the bus, park the bus, Man United".

The chant, which has been sung by City fans this season, is an adaptation of United's song, which celebrates the club's 20 English titles.

Speaking after the victory over Tottenham, Guardiola said: "We made an outstanding performance.

"We scored four goals, we created a (great) amount of chances against one of strongest and best teams and the best coaches in the world, so we are so satisfied - for the mentality. After winning 15 games, (it was) another one.

"And that means without the ball. People have to look at us, how good we are with the ball - but without the ball there is energy."
