Manchester United have been drawn against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League group stage.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side were knocked out of the Europa League semi-finals by eventual winners Seville last season, but earned their place in Europe’s premier competition after finishing third in the league last season.

United last played in the competition in the 2018/19 season, when they reached the quarter-finals of the tournament following their famous victory against Paris Saint-Germain after Marcus Rashford scored a penalty in the fourth minute of added time.

However, United were comfortably beaten by Barcelona in the last eight, losing 4-0 on aggregate.
