Is Manchester United vs Brighton on TV today? Kick-off time, channel and how to watch Premier League fixture

Manchester United face Brighton and Hove Albion in both teams’ first game of the new Premier League season, with Erik ten Hag set to take charge of a competitive game for the first time as Old Trafford boss.

Left-back Luke Shaw feels the new signings are settling in well and the manager is getting his wishes across to the squad.

“The manager obviously had to come in and bring in his ideas, his structure, what he wants from the team – as a team and also individuals. I think everyone’s sort of buying into that and really enjoyed pre-season,” Shaw said.

“Like I said, we’ve definitely moved in the right direction but we’ve also got a lot to improve on. We know that, we know we need to get better.”

Prediction

Man United players have a whole lot of reasons to find a big performance and a result in this season opener, and not just because of the new manager. Last season’s dismal defeat should still sting enough to force a reaction. United 2-1 Brighton.
