SO MANY New White Claw Flavours Are Heading For The UK

White Claw drinks are already a mainstay in the "drinks in the park" canon, so we're very excited to announce that there are LOADS of new flavours rumoured to be making their way across the pond very soon.

The Refrshr, Surf and Surge drinks ranges from White Claw are already popular in the US, having launched in May 2022, March 2022 and 2021 respectively.

Now, hopefully they're coming the the UK!

White Claw has applied to register the names Refrshr, Surf and Surge with the Intellectual Property Office, according to reporting by The Grocer.

This means they're potentially planning on bringing the ranges UK-side. Let's get into what the three ranges actually are.

Surge is a much boozier version than classic White Claw, an 8% ABV. It comes in blood orange, cranberry, blackberry and lime right now in the US.

The Surf drinks are a premium version of White Claw drinks, and they come in citrus yuzu, pomelo, watermelon lime and wildberry acai smash flavours.

The Refrshrs are the newest product line from White Claw, and they're sort of like a boozy lemonade. They come in lemon, blood orange, blackberry and strawberry flavour.

So, when will they be launching in the UK? Unfortunately, you might have to wait a while. UK marketing director Michael Dean told The Grocer that White Claw had “quite low awareness” with UK customers, and that innovation in the UK wasn't a priority. Boo.

However, it is a priority for White Claw to become “one of the top 10 RTDs” in the UK, so maybe some lovely new products would help them get there...
