We Tried the ‘Candy Crush’ Game Show (and Lived to Tell the Tale)

Candy Crush Saga has taken the world by storm the past few years, with more than one trillion game rounds that have been played since its launch. Now it has become its own interactive TV show in which teams of two compete on enormous, interactive game boards to crush candy. Extra host and former star of Saved by the Bell Mario Lopez is the host of the show, which premiered Sunday night on CBS. Superfan was able to check out the epic Candy Crush studio, play some of the games, and chat with Lopez about the new live-action game show.

Candy Crush airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on CBS.
