Red Bull Formula One driver Sebastian Vettel (L) of Germany drives alongside team mate Mark Webber of Australia during the second practice session of the South Korean F1 Grand Prix at the Korea International Circuit in Yeongam October 12, 2012.

Vettel had been quickest in practice and seemed in control of Q3 until the final lap, when Webber made up for a dreadful FP3 - when engine trouble forced him out - with a flying 1:37.242, a tenth clear of the German.

Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso overcame troubled practice sessions to place third and fourth respectively, although there was a surprise when Jenson Button failed to make Q3.
