Matt O'Riley Celtic transfer exit timeline 'revealed' as £25million Brighton debut beckons

Matt O'Riley may have played his last game for Celtic as Brighton line up their £25million plus agreement for the player.

The Hoops star man has been on the radar of many clubs this summer with Atalanta having the most drawn out efforts to bring the Dane to Serie A. All FIVE of their bids were batted away by the Scottish champions who were holding out for a record-breaking fee.

Premier League club Brighton moved to take the 23-year-old to the American Express Stadium and had no issues forking over the cash. And reports now claim O'Riley could even sensationally make his Seagulls debut this weekend when they face Manchester United.
