The 57-year-old was speaking with therapist Sean McFarland who is a specialist in chemical dependency, addiction and trauma.
During the podcast, Tyson said: "We're all going to die one day, of course. Then, when I look in the mirror and I see those little spots on my face, and I say, 'Wow. My expiration date is coming close. Really soon.'" McFarland responded by saying: "I don't worry about it, man. I'm not sweating it. I just want to die consciously. "I don't want to die screaming. And I've heard the last rights of a lot of people - a lot of famous people - and they're getting ready to die, and they leave this planet screaming." The pair moved on from death to talking about money, with the former heavyweight champion revealing that the size of his bank account was worthless to him.
"Money don't mean s*** to me," said Tyson. "I always tell people they think a lot of money is gonna make them happy. They never had a lot of money before. When you have a lot of money, you can't expect nobody to love you. How am I going to confess my love to you when you have $500 billion dollars? "The false sense of security. You don't believe the banks can crash. You believe you're invisible when you have a lot of money, which isn't true. That's why I always say that money is a false sense of security." Throughout his boxing career, Tyson is said to have accumulated over £250million. However, the boxing great spent his money faster than he earned it, buying up expensive houses, extravagant cars and even a pet tiger.

Tyson has also been through two divorces and has served three years in prison after being convicted of rape in 1992. Back in 2003, 'The Baddest Man on the Planet' was forced to file for bankruptcy after amassing debts of up to £19million. As of 2021, Tyson's net worth is estimated to be around £2.5million according to Wealthy Gorilla.
