Jose Mourinho may be under intense pressure following two defeats already this season, but he still knows how to wow the crowds.

For Manchester United’s manager, who takes his side to Burnley on Sunday afternoon for a crucial Premier League clash, still had time to make a few young and disabled people’s day.

The Portuguese was in the stands at Old Trafford on Friday evening to watch the Under 23 side take on Stoke.

But following a dreadful 3-0 home defeat by Tottenham on Monday night, Mourinho did not appear to be feeling the pressure and looked relaxed as he attempts to turn around United’s worst start for 26 years.

The Special One spent 10 minutes of the second half with some of the home fans, posing for pictures and even signed a youngster’s shirt.

Alex Nield, an avid United fan, posted a picture of Mourinho alongside him on social media having met the Red Devils boss outside the ground before the match.

He then posted another snap of himself and Mourinho inside Old Trafford, as well as his signed shirt. He captioned the pictures with: “Just spent a good bit of time chatting with Jose what a top bloke”.

Stoke City’s media manager James Knowles noticed Mourinho’s gesture and tweeted: “ An absolute touch of class from Jose Mourinho just now. He noticed a small handful of young and disabled supporters and went over to chat to them for a good 5 minutes. Made their night, week and quite possibly their year. Yes way, Jose!”

Mourinho was obviously keeping a close eye on the U23 side in which Diogo Dalot, who signed in the summer, and played 78 minutes. The full-back is recovering from an injury and is yet to make his debut for the first team.

United’s U23 side won the clash 1-0 with Angel Gomes getting the winner.
