My Mum, Your Dad's Natalie Russell has revealed that she has split from Paul Edwards.
The Davina McCall-fronted reality show followed middle-aged people as they looked for another chance at love. Natalie and Paul looked like they were having a blossoming romance on the show, but back in the real world and months after filming, things have petered out.
In a post on her Instagram, Natalie revealed that she and Paul ended things before the show started airing, but thankfully it was all amicable.
"Firstly, just wanted to say thank you for the overwhelming support from everyone who has watched the show and how invested you have been with our journey. It was an incredible experience and one that we will be forever grateful for taking part in," she wrote.
"Paul and I had an incredible experience in the retreat and loved every moment, we continued that connection over the summer and had some great times together.
"Unfortunately, in early August we decided to call a day on the relationship. We are both still friends and wish each other the best."
Natalie continued: "I also made some incredible friendships that I’m so grateful for. Thank you for your continued support and we’re very thankful to @davinamccall @itv @mymumyourdaduk for all we gained from the experience."
In a follow-up video, Natalie once again thanked everyone for the their support and promised to get back to people's messages when she could.
She called the last week "bittersweet" and stated that she currently needs some "decompression" time now that the show was hit our screens.
