Seven years ago, the "NBA 2K" series introduced a narrative-driven story mode called "MyCareer." Since then, 2K Sports has recruited some of the biggest names in Hollywood for involvement in "MyCareer" mode, both in front of and behind the camera.
"NBA 2K20" looks to be the most star-studded edition yet with this year's story headlined by Idris Elba and Rosario Dawson, plus cameos from top players like LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Kemba Walker.

You can get an early start on the story when a free demo releases Aug. 21 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. All progress made while playing the demo version will carry over to the full game if purchased.
