Major League Rugby outfit Rugby New York have announced the signing of New Zealand wing Nehe Milner-Skudder in an impressive swoop.

The 31-year-old won the Rugby World Cup with the All Blacks back in 2015 and will be a great addition to the USA team and the league as well.

Since lifting the Webb Ellis trophy in England, Milner-Skudder has struggled with injury, with his last run-out for New Zealand coming in 2018.

Hot-stepper

He shot to fame with Manawatu and also wowed Super Rugby supporters whilst playing for the Hurricanes in a spell that ran from 2015 to 2019.

Since then he moved to France with Toulon before returning to New Zealand, playing for the Highlanders in 2021 and then re-joining the ‘Canes.

The hot-stepping wing, who has earned 13 caps for the All Blacks during his career, is set to excite rugby fans in America if he stays fit and will join Waisake Naholo, Jason Emery, Andy Ellis, Ed Fidow, Brendon O’Connor, Kara Pryor and Antonio Kiri Kiri at the club.
