The visits keeprolling in for UConn defensive back Obi Melifonwu, who has had multiple private workouts with NFL teamsover the last few weeks.
Melifonwu, aphysical specimen if not a downright freak, was scheduled for a visit with the Cleveland Browns on Friday, a source tellsSporting News, also confirming that the Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers already have hosted the defensive back.
A likely first round-pick despite a lack of clarity regarding his position fit in the NFL (cornerback or safety), Melifonwuis fast rising up draft boards, and it's easy to see why.

The three-year starter at UConnimpressed at the NFL Combine, measuring at 6-4 and running a 4.440-yard dash.
Melifonwu had good production at UConn, including 128 tackles and four interceptions last season alone.
In one game last fall against Tulane, Melifonwu had 24 tackles. That'smore tackles in one game than 21 of his teammates registeredover the course of the entire regularseason.
