(Adds final game) Dec 11 (The Sports Xchange) - Highlights of Sunday's National Football League games: Giants 10, Cowboys 7 The New York Giants scored 10 unanswered second-half points to top Dallas 10-7 in East Rutherford, New Jersey, ending the Cowboys' 11-game win streak. The Giants (9-4) completed their first season sweep of the Cowboys since 2011 and consolidated their chances of a wild-card berth as they seek to return to the postseason for the first time since 2011. The Cowboys (11-2) turned over the ball three times -- two interceptions by quarterback Dak Prescott and one lost fumble by receiver Dez Bryant on his first catch of the game, which came late in the fourth quarter. Packers 38, Seahawks 10 The Green Bay Packers dismantled the Seattle Seahawks 38-10, their third consecutive victory since quarterback Aaron Rodgers proclaimed that the-then 4-6 Packers could "run the table." Rodgers did his part, as did the Packers' defense. Green Bay entered the game with eight interceptions but forced Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson into a career-worst five. Green Bay (7-6) trails Detroit (9-4) by two games in the NFC North. Seattle (8-4-1) has scored a total of 24 points in its four losses, all of which have come on the road. Bucks 16, Saints 11 The Buccaneers' defense stepped up, holding Drew Brees in check with three interceptions, and Tampa Bay pulled out its fifth consecutive win, 16-11 over the New Orleans Saints. The Bucs (8-5) jumped out to a 13-0 lead early and then held on for the win, preventing Brees from throwing a touchdown pass for the first time in 22 games against them. The win keeps Tampa Bay tied with the Atlanta Falcons for the AFC South lead and in position to take the NFC's second wild card. Falcons 42, Rams 14 Quarterback Matt Ryan passed for three touchdowns, and the Atlanta Falcons rolled to a 42-14 road victory over the woeful Los Angeles Rams. Ryan completed 18 of 28 passes for 237 yards to keep the Falcons (8-5) tied with Tampa Bay for first place in the NFC South. The Falcons converted four of the Rams' five turnovers into scores. Jets 23, 49ers 17 (overtime) Bilal Powell scored on a 19-yard touchdown run with 8:35 left in overtime, lifting the New York Jets to a 23-17 victory against the San Francisco 49ers. The Jets (4-9) trailed 17-3 entering the second half but scored 20 unanswered points to end their four-game losing streak and hand San Francisco (1-12) its 12th straight loss, an ongoing franchise record. Steelers 27, Bills 20 Le'Veon Bell ran for a Pittsburgh-record 236 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Steelers to their fourth straight victory, 27-20 over the Buffalo Bills in snowy suburban Buffalo. Ben Roethlisberger threw for 220 yards and three interceptions and Antonio Brown caught five passes for 78 yards as the Steelers improved to 8-5 and continued their playoff push. The Bills (6-7) have lost two in a row and are likely to extend the longest playoff drought in North American sports to 17 seasons. Dolphins 26, Cardinals 23 Andrew Franks kicked a 21-yard field goal on the final play of the game, leading the Miami Dolphins to a 26-23 win over the Arizona Cardinals. The win came at a cost. Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill suffered a knee injury and did not return. His replacement, Matt Moore, was a hero for the Dolphins, completing a 29-yard pass to Kenny Stills on the final drive. The Dolphins (8-5) kept their playoff hopes alive by winning for the seventh time in the past eight games. Arizona (5-7-1) lost two fumbles, threw two interceptions and had three failed kicks by Chandler Catanzaro. Panthers 28, Chargers 16 Graham Gano kicked four field goals and the Carolina Panthers benefited from a strong first half on defense in a 28-16 victory against the San Diego Chargers. The Panthers won despite a rather erratic outing from quarterback Cam Newton, who completed 10 of 27 passes for 160 yards. It was a much-needed outcome for Carolina (5-8), coming off consecutive losses and dealing with the aftermath of Newton's brief benching because he violated the team's travel dress code. San Diego threatened several times after trailing 23-0. Redskins 27, Eagles 22 Chris Thompson scored on a 25-yard run with 1:53 left to play to lift the Washington Redskins to a 27-22 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. The victory keeps the Redskins (7-5-1) in the hunt for an NFC wild-card playoff spot while the Eagles fell to 5-8 overall and 0-4 against NFC East rivals. Texans 22, Colts 17 Nick Novak kicked a franchise-record-tying five field goals Sunday and the Houston Texans defeated the Indianapolis Colts 22-17 in a crucial AFC South contest. The Texans improved to 7-6 and Indianapolis fell to 6-7. Indianapolis quarterback Andrew Luck was intercepted twice and lost a fumble, with each of the three turnovers setting up a Novak field goal. Titans 13, Broncos 10 Playing their most important home game in five years, the Tennessee Titans hung on to edge the Denver Broncos 13-10. Tennessee (7-6) kept pace with Houston in the AFC South, while Denver slipped to 8-5. The Titans won despite an off-day from quarterback Marcus Mariota, who completed just 6 of 20 passes for 88 yards. Lions 20, Bears 17 Matthew Stafford's first rushing touchdown of the season completed the Detroit Lions' eighth fourth-quarter comeback victory as they edged the Chicago Bears 20-17. Stafford's 7-yard run with 3:17 left moved the Lions (9-4) closer to their first division title in 23 years. Stafford completed 21 of 35 passes for 223 yards and a touchdown, but was also picked off for a Bears touchdown. Vikings 25, Jaguars 16 Kicker Kai Forbath connected on all four of his field-goal tries and quarterback Sam Bradford found tight end Kyle Rudolph for a game-sealing touchdown in the fourth quarter as the Minnesota Vikings outlasted the Jaguars 25-16. The Minnesota defense made enough plays to send the Jaguars to their eighth straight loss, which ties a franchise record. Bengals 23, Browns 10 The Cincinnati Bengals scored three touchdowns in the first half and held on for a 23-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns. The Bengals (5-7-1) kept their slender playoff hopes alive on a frigid day in Cleveland. The Browns (0-13) have now lost 16 straight going back to last season. (Editing by Andrew Both)
