Feb 11 (The Sports Xchange) - Highlights of Saturday's National Hockey League games: Bruins 4, Canucks 3 David Pastrnak scored a spectacular goal with two minutes left, giving the Boston Bruins a 4-3 victory over the Vancouver Canucks, a second straight win for interim coach Bruce Cassidy. Pastrnak took a long pass from David Krejci, went 1-on-1 with defenseman Christopher Tanev, stopped, drew the puck back and beat Ryan Miller for his 25th goal of the season. Flyers 2, Sharks 1 (overtime) Wayne Simmonds scored 64 seconds into overtime, and the Philadelphia Flyers ended a three-game skid with a 2-1 win over the San Jose Sharks. Patrick Marleau netted the only goal for the Sharks, who lost for the fourth straight time and fell to 33-18-5. The Flyers had beaten the Sharks only once in the previous 16 seasons (1-12-5-2) before Saturday's win. Panthers 7, Predators 4 The Florida Panthers notch their season high for goals with a 7-4 road win over the Nashville Predators. Vincent Trocheck picked up two goals and an assist for the Panthers (24-20-10), while 44-year-old Jaromir Jagr scored his 10th goal of the season and the 1,899th point of his legendary career. Senators 3, Islanders 0 Making his first start in 68 days, Ottawa goalie Craig Anderson stopped 33 shots in a 3-0 win over the New York Islanders. Anderson had not played since Dec. 5 because he was with his wife, Nicholle, as she underwent cancer treatment. Stars 5, Hurricanes 2 Patrick Eaves scored two goals and Kari Lehtonen made 22 saves to help the Dallas Stars snap a four-game losing streak with a 5-2 triumph over the Carolina Hurricanes. Appearing in his 600th career game, Eaves first scored in the opening period and added a second tally late in the middle frame, giving him a career-high 21 goals this season. (Editing by Andrew Both)
