Nov 19 (The Sports Xchange) - The Nashville Predators sent defenseman Anthony Bitetto to Milwaukee of the American Hockey League on a conditioning assignment Saturday. Bitetto, 26, has been sidelined and on injured reserve since being injured in a fight with Blackhawks forward Jordin Tootoo in the season opener against Chicago on Oct. 14. Bitetto appeared in 28 games with the Predators last season and earned six points (one goal, five assists) and 19 penalty minutes. -- The Buffalo Sabres recalled forwards Cal O'Reilly and Cole Schneider from the Rochester Americans of the AHL. O'Reilly, 30, joins the Sabres for his first recall of the season. He is currently leading the AHL with 18 points (three goals, 15 assists) and has recorded 10 points (one goal, nine assists) in his last seven games. Last season, the Toronto native had three goals and four assists in 20 games with the Sabres. Schneider, 26, is tied for second in AHL scoring with 17 points (seven goals, 10 assists). The New York native has played in two games for the Sabres this season, recording his first career NHL assist against Ottawa on Nov. 9. -- The Arizona Coyotes recalled center Christian Dvorak from the Tucson Roadrunners of the AHL. Dvorak, 20, has registered one goal and four assists in 12 games with the Coyotes this season and ranks third among NHL rookies with 67 face-off wins. Dvorak was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the second round (58th overall) in the 2014 NHL draft. (Editing by Larry Fine) ))
