NHL playoffs 2019: Blues' Robert Bortuzzo scores game-winning goal to tie series with Sharks

Sporting News

Blues' defenseman Robert Bortuzzo entered Game 2 of the Western Conference finals with 14 goals over past eight seasons. He scored No. 15 during Monday night's 4-2 win over the Sharks and it was the highlight of his career thus far.

San Jose seemed to have all of the momentum in the second period after Logan Couture netted two goals in under two minutes to tie the game until Bortuzzo put St. Louis back on top with a top-shelf backhander in the last five minutes of the period.

The series will pick back up on Wednesday at 8 p.m.
