NHL Power Rankings: Capitals vs. Blue Jackets for top spot

Two beasts of the East battled for the top spot in our latest NHL Power Rankings, but we had to give the nod to the Washington Capitals. And not just because they defeated the streaking Columbus Blue Jackets since our last poll.

But where are the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Chicago Blackhawks?
