Nick Cannon said that he has no plans to have more children.
Cannon has 12 children with six different women.
Cannon told People: "It's so funny, everybody's always trying to get me to have more kids."
"It's so funny, everybody's always trying to get me to have more kids," Cannon told People magazine. "It's like, 12 ain't enough?"
Cannon shares two children with Mariah Carey, three with Brittany Bell, three with Abby De La Rosa, and one each with Bre Tiesi, LaNisha Cole, and Alyssa Scott. (Cannon and Scott's first child together died from brain cancer in December 2021.) Nine of his children were born between 2019 and 2022.
According to Cannon, all of his children's mothers live in the same area, making it easy to visit them.
Cannon told People he has just recovered from celebrating Christmas with each of his children, and is already preparing to spend time with them during spring break.
The entertainer added that his favorite thing about fatherhood is his children telling Cannon they love him.
"The first time they say it, whether they're one year old or 18 months, to hearing it from your kids that are on the brink of being teenagers," Cannon said. "There's nothing better than that."
In May 2023, Cannon said in an appearance on Revolt's "The Jason Lee Show" that he is content with his current number of children.
"We're very comfortable with the disciple dozen that I got," he said.
In February 2022, Cannon said on the "Language of Love" podcast that he didn't have the "bandwidth" for more children. He went on to father three children following the interview.
Cannon has said that he is open to having more children in the future.
In February 2023, Cannon told Entertainment Tonight's Kevin Frazier he would let God decide whether he has more children.
"When I'm 85, you never know. I might," Cannon said.
