Norwich City face a must-win game in their last-ditch battle to avoid relegation, at home to West Ham United in the Premier League.

The Canaries are all but down and must take three points from all their final games if they are to have a hope of survival.

West Ham are themselves a little better off, though not by much – they are two places above the drop zone and still need another couple of wins to be sure of staying up.

A win over Chelsea recently was a big boost, but defeat at Burnley last time out was an opportunity missed.

Here’s all you need to know about the game.
