Who is Nuno Espirito Santo’s assistant manager at Tottenham and who is in his coaching staff?

Tottenham have announced the appointments of Ian Cathro, Rui Barbosa and Antonio Dias to Nuno Espirito Santo’s coaching staff.

Cathro joins Spurs as assistant head coach having previously worked as part of with as part of his backroom team at Wolves, Rio Ave and Valencia.

The Scot has also been assistant manager at Newcastle under Steve McClaren and then Rafa Benitez, and has coached at Hearts.

Barbosa takes up the position of goalkeeper coach while Dias joins as fitness coach.

Both Barbosa Dias and have previously been a part of Nuno’s backroom team at a number of his former clubs.

Spurs have announced Ryan Mason returns to the academy as head of player development after a spell as the interim head coach at the end of last season.

It is understood Ledley King is returning to a role as club ambassador and working with club’s media and content teams after a year on coaching staff under Jose Mourinho and Mason.
