One change and fresh injury blow as Mark Robins names his Coventry City team to face Derby County
Mark Robins has made just one change to his Coventry City side for tonight’s Championship clash with Derby County at the CBS Arena.
Tatsuhiro Sakamoto comes in for a straight swap with Victor Torp, who drops to the bench on a night when Ellis Simms is still missing with a foot injury picked up in training last Friday. That means Brandon Thomas-Asante continues to partner Haji Wright up front in what looks like the same formation of 3-4-1-2 against the Rams.
Oliver Dovin continues in goal behind a back three of Joel Latibeaudiere, Bobby Thomas and Luis Binks, as Liam Kitching again provides back-up from the bench. Milan van Ewijk is again deployed at right wing-back while it appears that Jack Rudoni will continue at left wing-back, preferred to Jay Dasilva.

Josh Eccles and Ben Sheaf are once again partnered in the middle of the park while Sakamoto comes back into the starting line-up in the more advanced number ten position behind the strikers.
Norman Bassette is missing from the matchday squad, understood to be injured from the weekend, leaving Fabio Tavares to offer the only alterative senior striking option among the subs where three youngsters are named, including teenage front man Aidan Dausch.
City: Oliver Dovin; Joel Latibeaudiere, Bobby Thomas, Luis Binks; Milan van Ewijk, Josh Eccles, Ben Sheaf, Jack Rudoni; Tatsuhiro Sakamoto; Brandon Thomas-Asante, Haji Wright.
